摘　　要： 突破性技术创新是与传统创新相区别的一个新型的研究领域。从破坏性和风险性两个方面总结了突破性技术创新与渐进性技术创新的差异,并从组织结构、创新流程、创新来源、知识管理和政策支持五个方面总结了突破性技术创新对传统创新管理的挑战,最后对我国企业如何培育突破性技术进行了探讨。 Disruptive technology innovation is a new research field which is different from the traditional innovation,this paper summarized the differences between the disruptive innovation and the incremental innovation focusing on the destruction and risk, and figured out the challenge that the disruptive innovation exerts on the incremental innovation by analyzing the following five aspects--organizational structure, flow of innovation, source of innovation, management of knowledge and supportive role of policy. Finally, some discussions on the approaches for Chinese enterprises to foster disruptive technology were talked about.
