摘 要:
在前期实验研究的基础上,采用紫外-可见光分光光度法测定含有SiO2纳米粉体的瓦特型镀镍液、酸性光亮镀铜液、焦铜液、氯化钾镀锌液中SiO2的含量。结果表明,这些体系均存在空白液吸光度很低、工作液吸光度较高的较大的波长区间,是分光光度分析法中理想的测定体系;所对应的标准曲线线性都十分理想,相关系数均大于0 98。将此方法与重量分析法进行了对比,表明该方法的平均相对误差(0 044%)远远小于重量分析法(16 2%),且更省时。
The concentration of nanoscaled SiO_2 particles in Watt nickel electroplating bath, bright acidic electroless Cu plating bath, pyrophosphate copper plating bath and potassium chloride zinc plating bath were respectively measured by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry on the basis of former experiments and research. A very wide wavelength range with low absorbance of blank solution and high absorbance of working solution that all the absorbance-wavelength curves show demonstrates that all the baths are ideal systems for determining by spectrophotometry. The results prove that the standard curves of all the systems are very satisfactory with correlation coefficient of over 0.98, and this method has far lower average relative error (0.044%)than gravimetric analysis method (16.2%)and is more time-saving.
