摘　　要： 阐述了在食品科学领域建设虚拟实验室对于改善实验教学条件和促进学科发展的重要意义,分析了虚拟实验室的发展现状和开发食品科学虚拟实验室的可行性,提出了以VisualC++为平台、结合数据库和VRML技术开发食品科学虚拟实验室的具体方案。 This paper presents the significance of creating the virtual laboratory in food science to improve the experiment condition and to promote the subject development,analyzes the status of VL and the feasibility of developing food science VL,and sets out a food VL blue print based on VRML,Database and the flat of VC++.
