摘　　要： 本文针对高校的扩招给图书馆流通工作造成的压力,提出校馆领导的重视与支持、流通一线职工的良好心态和读者的密切配合,是搞好流通服务工作的根本出路。 This paper analyzed the pressures on the library circulation department caused by the enlargement of students' enrollment in universities, and put forward suggestions that to increase the work efficiency of circulation department in university libraries should require the concern and support from the authorities at both the university and library levels, the excellent work mood of the staffs in the circulation department, and the understanding by readers in universities.
