摘　　要： 本文结合作者切实工作体会,简要的阐述了高校图书馆音像资料工作的资源开发、利用、管理以及存在的问题和对策,并对以后音像资料工作的发展趋势做了初步的分析与预测。 Combined with the actual working experience of the author, this paper concisely illustrates the resources development, utilization and management of audiovisual materials in institutions of higher learning as well as the solutions to the existing problems. Meanwhile, the paper also presents preliminary analysis and prediction for the development trend of audiovisual document management industry.
