摘 要: 对传统铁路客车空调系统送风不均匀的原因进行了详细分析,同时介绍了静压送风道的结构,对不同类型的静压送风系统进行了送风均匀性测试。测试结果表明:现有送风道由于结构不合理,存在着较大的送风不均匀现象,所测3种不同结构的送风道均存在相似的不均匀规律。并根据所测数据对送风不均匀的原因进行了分析,提出了进一步提高静压送风道送风均匀性的措施。 The reason that supply air is not uniform for traditional air conditioning system of passenger car are analyzed, the design methods of static pressure supply air duct are given. The performance of supply air is tested for several type static pressure supply air duct,experimental data indicate that if some measures are not adopted, uniformity of supply air of static pressure supply air duct is not good. It is necessary to get good supply air uniformity by designing reasonable construction of static pressure supply air duct. To further improve performance of supply air duct for air conditioning, some steps are introduced.
