摘 要: 探讨了涂料中润滑剂的添加对涂布纸表面摩擦系数的影响。实验结果表明:在瓷土和轻钙混合的涂料配方中,润滑剂的使用可降低涂层表面的摩擦系数,其中PE蜡乳液和OPE乳液降低动态摩擦系数比静态摩擦系数更明显。此外,润滑剂的加入还可以降低涂层表面粗糙度,其中PE蜡乳液效果更明显。 The influence of lubricant properties on coefficient of friction (COF) of coated paper was studied in this paper. The results indicate that among the different lubricants used in Clay/ PCC mixed coating formula, the application of lubricant can decrease the coefficient of friction of coating surface and the PE emulsion and OPE emulsion decreases the COF effectively with more effect on dynamic COF than on static COF. Furthermore, the adding of lubricant decreases surface roughness of coated paper with PE emulsion having more distinct effect than other lubricants.
