摘 要: 研究了GH4 5 86A镍基合金在 75 0℃、80 0℃、85 0℃长期时效过程中室温冲击及拉伸性能与组织的关系。结果表明 :合金在 75 0℃时效 15 0 0h时析出 μ相 ,冲击性能显著降低 ,不超过 5 0 0h时效则有利于强度和延性的配合 ,75 0℃时效随时效时间延长冲击韧性呈线性降低。μ相在 75 0℃× 15 0 0h后出现 ,80 0℃为峰值温度 ,85 0℃发生回溶。在高温长期时效碳化物类型和形貌发生变化并且对合金冲击性能产生影响。 The relationship between tensile properties, impact toughness and microstructures of a Ni-base superalloy aged at temperatures of 750°C, 800°C and 850°C for long-terms was investigated. The results indicate that μ phase, a harmful phase which makes a sharply decreasing of impact toughness and ductility of the alloy, precipitates with small amount aging at temperature of 750°C for 1500 h·μ phase precipitates with a large amount in the alloy aged at 800°C and redissolves at 850°C. Aging at 750°C, impact toughness of the alloy almost linearly decreases with prolonging of aging time. The types and structures of carbides change in long-term aging process, which directly affect the impact toughness of the alloy.
