摘 要: 新近研究并得到发展的癌症术中(微创)组织间三维立体定向放射治疗系统(体内粒子植入)是组织内植入放射源与三维成像技术相结合,补充了传统外照射中依赖昂贵大型设备的不足,也解决了外照射一次性致死剂量、患者承受能力和肿瘤部位的限制,提高局部照射剂量,扩展了肿瘤的放射治疗的方法和手段,也实现了手术预防的同步进行,同时由于应用了计算机三维剂量计算和B超、CT引导自动置源等技术,达到肿瘤区域高剂量而周围正常组织低剂量。 In the new and improved cancer treament surgery(mini-invasive),the three-dimenthional directional raˉdiotherapy system(seeds implanted in tissue)is a new technology that combines radiogen implaned in tissue and three-dimenthional image.The technology complements the disadvantage depending on expensive equipment in the traditional external irradiation,resolves the limit that the one dose caused to death,the patient's capability and the tumour posiˉtion,as well as improves the partial irradiation dose,expands the ways of tumour radiotherapy,reaches the in-phase progress of surgery prevention.Meanwhile for using of the methods which calculated dose by PC3D,the B Ultrasonic and CT induct to auto-place source etc.,the technology reaches the result that high dose cover the tumour but the dose is low around the normal tissue,which makes the treatment more precise.
