摘 要: 本文通过对热力学过程和动力学过程的研究,探讨了SiC—AIN复合超细粉末的合成机理,由于Al_4SiC_4产物的出现,反映了合成机理的非单一化.通过XRD分析,研究了SiC—AIN粉末合成反应历程,并指出AIN的生成比SiC生成滞后50~100℃,从自由能和反应常数作了理论上的分析.通过对合成过程中转化率的测定和颗粒形貌的观察,探讨反应动力学过程,说明了系统中晶核和晶体长大机制.最后,本文分析了粉末中晶须产生机理和特征. The thermodynamic and kinetic investigations about the mechanism of SiC -AIN composite ultrafine powders have carried out, two synthetic mechanisms of SiC -A1N are Predicted by Al_(4)SiC_(4). The reaction process of SiC-AIN powders is studied with XRD, and A1N is produced at 1500~1550℃,these are discussed in free energy and K_(p). Kinetic process was discussed according to the determination of SiC and A1N yield and observation of TEM micrographs of powders , mechanism is suggested about the growth of crystal. Finally, the preparating and behavior of wiskers in powders are reported.
