摘 要: 本文对POM/PPU/Z-3共混体系进行了研究,研究结果表明:增容剂Z-3可控制共混体系中分散相的颗粒大小和分布,起着聚集剂的作用。随着TPPU用量的增加,共混体系的结晶度、拉伸强度和熔体指数值均降低,缺口冲击强度出现峰值。当POM/TPPU/Z-3=100/7/7时,共混体系的缺口冲击强度达到最大值。 The hi ends of POM/TPPU/z-3 are investigated in this paper. The results of study showed that compatibilizer z-3 can control the particle size and distribution of disperse phase and play a role of aggregating agent. The crystallinity, tensile strength and MI value are all reduced with the increase of TPPU content. The peak value of notched impact strength occurs with increase in the content of TPPU.The notched impact strength of POM/TPPU/z-3 blends approachs its maximum value when the composition of the blends is 100/7/7.
