摘　　要： 高校关工委工作已进入一个新的发展阶段,其制度建设显得相对紧迫和必要。制度建设的当务之急是认识的匡正和制度的创设。 The work of Caring about the Coming Generation Committee has already entered a new developing stage. Its institutional improvement seems relatively urgent and essential. The task of top priority of the institutional improvement is the rectifying of the thought and the founding of the system.
