摘 要: 提出了一种新的单波长法同时测定多组分的光谱变换分光光度法,并以苯甲酸和苯甲醛混合组分为例论证了该方法的可行性。多组分同时测定时,苯甲酸的回收率为93.7%~102%,RSD=1.93%(浓度为20.1μg/ml),苯甲醛的回收率为93.5%~105%,RSD=1.41%(浓度为4.34μg/ml)。 A new method for simultaneous determination of multicomponent with spectrum transform single wavelength spectropotometry is presented. Benzoic acid and benzaldehyde are determinated with this method. The recoveries and RSD of benzoic acid (20.1 μg/mL) are 93.7~102% and 1.93% , and those of benzaldehyde (4.34 μg/mL) are 93.5~105% and 1.41% respectively in the simultaneous determination of multicomponent.
