摘　　要： 1999年3月至2001年12月在湖南省衡东县特种经济动物研究所豪猪养殖场采用外生殖器观察、阴道分泌物涂片镜检、行为表现观察和放对试情等方法,对雌雄豪猪进行发情观察与鉴定.结果表明:豪猪的发情期有三个阶段,即发情前期,发情旺期和发情后期,其中发情旺期是豪猪的最佳配种时期.此期雌豪猪阴门表现出明显肿胀,呈现圆形,触摸有弹性,呈粉红色,阴道分泌物涂片镜检可见有核细胞和无核细胞;放对试情雌豪猪主动接近雄豪猪,发生交配行为. Observing and authenticating the oestrus of the bisexual porcupines by adopting the methods of observing outside genitals, checking the spread glass of the vagina secretion by a microscope, observing their performance behavior and putting to try partnership etc. at the Farm of Breeding Porcupines of the Place of Investigating Special Economic Animals in the Hengdong County of Hunan Province in March 1999 to December 2001.The results showed that the the oestrum's porcupine contain three stages: the prophase - oestrum, the prosperity - oestrum and the anaphase - oestrum, of which the prosperity - oestrum is the best period of porcupine to go together with hybridization; the labias of the female porcupines obviously swell, circular, flexibility when touching them, the pink at the prosperity-oestrum; having some contain - nuclear - cells and non - nuclear - cells by checking the spread glass of the vagina secretion by a microscope;the female porcupine can approach active to the male porcupine, to arises the behavior of mating.
