不同硼效率油菜品种细胞壁组分中硼的分配

摘  要: 应用不同硼效率甘蓝型油菜品种(Brassicanapus) ,研究硼在细胞壁各组分中的分配规律。结果表明,细胞壁硼主要结合在果胶中,根系细胞壁80 %以上的硼、叶片细胞壁95 %以上的硼结合在果胶中。叶片细胞壁果胶硼含量高于根系细胞壁。品种间细胞壁各组分硼含量存在差异,低效品种苗期叶片中螯合剂可溶性果胶硼含量显著高于高效品种;碱溶性果胶硼含量及花期叶片和根系细胞壁各组分硼含量均无显著差异。缺硼1周有降低果胶硼含量的趋势(花期下部叶除外)。生育期对细胞壁各组分硼含量的影响无规律可寻。 The boron distribution in cell wall compone nts was studied in rape cultivars (Brassica napus) with different boron use efficiency. The results showed that more than 80 percent boron in rape root wal l, 95 percent boron in leaf wall were associated with pectin. Boron contents i n hemicellulose and in cellulose were much lower than that in pectin. The boron content of wall pectin was much higher in leaf cell than that in root. There w as no significant difference to the boron content in root cell wall components a mong cultivars. But the boron content of chelated soluble pectin of leaf cell w all in seedling stage was significantly lower in high boron use efficiency rape cultivar than that in low boron use inefficiency rape cultivar. The boron content in pectin (except that in the lower leaf in flowering stage) was reduced in boron deficiency culture for 7 days.
