摘 要: 以过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,环己烷为分散介质,Span-60为悬浮稳定剂,采用氯化辛基烯丙基二甲基铵(OADMAC)和丙烯酰胺为原料,用反相悬浮聚合法合成了具有抗菌性能的高吸水性树脂,并对最佳反应条件和所得树脂的吸水和抗菌性能进行了研究。在x(交联剂)=0.2%、x(OADMAC)=2.4%、n(引发剂)/n(总单体)=1:2000、V(油)/V(水)-3:1、温度80℃时聚合反应3h,所得树脂在去离子水中的饱和吸液率Q_(ep)=561 g/g,在w(NaCl)=0.9%水溶液中的Q_(ep)=64.7g/g,该树脂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌微生物菌株均有杀灭和抑制其生长的作用。 The super water absorption resin with antibacterial activity were synthesized from octylallyldimethyl ammonium chloride (OADMAC) and acrylamide (AM) by inverse suspension polymerization, using potassium persulfate (KPS) as initiator, N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide (NMBA) as crosslinker, cyclohexane as continuous phase and span-60 as suspension stabilizer. The water-absorption ability and antibacterial activity of the copolymer were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were determined, i. e., x(NMBA)= 0.2%, x(OADMAC)=2.4%, n(KPS)/n (total monomer) =1:2000, V(oil)/V(water)=3:1, reaction temperature 80℃ and reaction time 3 h. The obtained the copolymers could absorb 561 g deionized water or 64. 7 g NaCl solution [ω(NaCl)=0.9%] per gram and has obvious antibacterial activity to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.
