摘　　要： 本文介绍了广州某带主次梁转换层的超限高层建筑结构设计,探讨了其结构转换层的方案选择、结构布置、结构分析与构造处理,并结合此工程总结了带主次梁转换层的高层建筑结构设计关键问题。 In this paper, the structural design of one tall building with primary and secondary girder transfer floor beyond the code limits in Guangzhou is introduced. The choice of the structural transfer floor,structural arrangement,structural analysis and construction details are discussed.Key problems of structural design of tall buildings with the primary and secondary girder transfer floor are put forward.
