摘　　要： 介绍了PCR的概念以及微型PCR芯片的优点,着重介绍连续流动式PCR(continuousflowPCR)芯片/微装置的一般原理、串行流动及其设计进展。 The general concept of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and the merits of PCR microchip/device are introduced. The main attention is turned to the general principle, serial-flow and design development of continuous-flow microchip/device PCR.
