摘　　要： 经国家卫生部同意,在广东省启动专科护士培训试点工作。广东省卫生厅委托南方医科大学和香港理工大学联合承办首批专科护士研究生课程班的教育项目。经过专家论证,决定优先建设糖尿病、老年病、危重病及疾病控制4个专科护理队伍。笔者在综述国内外专科护士培养背景的基础上,论述了本次教育项目的学生选拔、录取;教育基础;培训计划的制定;以及结合这次办学介绍了几点体会。 With the permission of National Health Ministry, experimental training project of specialized nurse graduate course class was initialized in Guangdong Province. Southern Medical University combined with Hong Kong Polytechnic University undertook first education project of specialized nurse graduate course class which entrusted by National Health Ministry. After the experts' argumentation, four specialized nurse groups including diabetes, geriatrics, serious disease and disease control were given priority to establish. On the basis of analyzing domestic and abroad specialized nurse education background comprehensively, the authors discussed the experiences of selection, matriculation, education base and training program's establishment of this education project, and introduced some experiences in association with running a school.
