摘 要: 采用PEG400为相转移催化剂,以无水碳酸钾和氟化钾为催化剂,对肉桂酸的Perkin合成工艺进行了改进,通过考察催化剂配比、反应时间得到最佳的反应条件,产率可达64.86%。 An improvement on synthetic procedure of cinnamic acid is studied, using anhydrous potassium carbonate and potassium fluorid as catalyst and PEG-400 as phase transfer catalyst. The synthetic yield is increased to 64.86% and the reaction time is shortened by optimization through comparing the quantity of potassium carbonate, reaction time and temperature.
