火焰喷涂尼龙/纳米TiO_2复合涂层性能的研究

摘  要: 为了探讨纳米TiO2对火焰喷涂尼龙1010涂层力学及抗老化性能的影响,利用电子拉力机对火焰喷涂尼龙1010/纳米TiO2复合涂层的力学性能及耐老化性能进行了测试。结果表明,当复合涂层配比为m(PA1010)m(n TiO2)=100.00.5时,复合涂层综合性能较佳,涂层自拉伸强度为43.10MPa,涂层与基体结合强度为40.23MPa;涂层经240h紫外线老化后,强度保持率分别为97.0%和87.2%。纳米TiO2能够显著提高涂层力学性能和抗老化性能。 The composite coating of nylon 1010/nanoTiO_2 was prepared making use of flame spraying. The composite mechanical properties and aging resistance of the nylon 1010/nanoTiO_2 composite coating were measured using an electronic pullforce machine, which aimed at revealing the effect of nanoTiO_2 on the mechanical properties and aging resistance of the composite coating. Results showed that the composite coating with a mass fraction 100.0:0.5 of PA1010 to nTiO_2 had good comprehensive performance. This coating had a tensile strength as high as 43.10 MPa and bonding strength to the substrate as high as 40.23 MPa. After being aged in ultraviolet for 240 h, its tensile strength and bonding strength were retained at a rate of 97.0% and 87.2%, respectively. Therefore it was concluded that the nanoTiO_2 was capable of markedly improving the mechanical properties and aging resistance of the nylon 1010based composite coating.
