摘 要: 随着信息技术的发展和深入,网络银行服务日渐频繁,对网络客户隐私的保护也成为银行无法回避的重要课题。然而,就相关领域展开的探讨和研究却基本上处于空白状态。在我国,立法者和银行均对网络银行客户隐私权的重要性明显认识不足。应从多方面完善我国的网络银行客户隐私权保护制度。 With the development of IT and popularity of e-bank service, the protection of custom privacy has become an important subject for banks to confront. However, the attention is not duly paid to. The legislators and banks are not fully aware of the importance of it. So the protection system of e-bank customer privacy should be perfected from various aspects.
