摘 要: 针对传统双机同轴系统中变频器主-从控制方式的一些缺点,提出了双机同轴系统的另外一种非主-从控制方式;该控制方式能快速、便捷地实现负载的动态均衡,改善送料系统的过渡过程品质,并利用变频器内部的抱闸功能,实现对负载的零速直接转矩控制,使高炉料车抱闸系统的开/合与变频器的起动/停止之间的时间协调,更加方便。 The paper brings forward a kind of control mode, non master-slave mode of dual motors on the same axes, in allusion to some disadvantage of master-slave control mode. This control mode can realize the dynamic load balance rapidly, improving the quality of transition process and achieve direct torque control at zero speed by making use of the holding function inside the inverter, it becomes easier to control the time between the opening/closing of brake and the starting/stopping of inverter.
