摘 要: 将用γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(A 174)或γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(A 1100)处理后的尼龙短纤维分别加入到特软羧基丁苯胶乳中,浸泡10 min后于110 ℃烘箱中干燥90 min,可制备尼龙短纤维接枝橡胶复合材料.结果表明,经接枝改性的尼龙短纤维橡胶复合材料的拉伸强度超过了18.00 MPa,100%定伸应力和300%定伸应力为未处理尼龙短纤维橡胶复合材料的1.5~2.0倍,撕裂强度提高了约82%.将该复合材料加入载重轮胎胎面胶中,可提高胎面胶的抗湿滑性. Nylon short fiber grafted rubber composites was prepared when short fiber pretreated with γ -methacryloxy propyl trimethoxy silane(A 174) or γ -amino propyl triethoxy silane(A 1100) was soaked in carboxylated styrene butadiene latex for 10 min , then was kept in an oven at 110 ℃ for 90 min . The results showed that tensile strength of the composites reinforced by grafted nylon short fiber was more than 18.00 MPa, modulus at 100% and modulus at 300% of the composites was 1.5~2.0 times as much as the other compound in which the nylon short fiber was not pretreated, and its tear strength increased about 82%. The wet-skid resistance of tread stock was improved when the compound was added to tread stock.
