摘　　要： 该文综述八角茴香的化学成分、药理作用、加工利用现状;通过深加工,可提取八角芳香油及八角茴香油树脂。 Chemical constituents, pharmacological activities, processing and application of Illicium verum are summarized. Star anise oil and star anise resin can be further extracted form Illicium verum fruit.
