摘 要: 应用超临界CO2萃取技术,研究了籽粒苋油的提取工艺。采用三因素三水平正交试验,考察了萃取压力、温度、CO2流量对籽粒苋油萃取率的影响。研究得出最佳萃取条件为:萃取压力35MPa,萃取温度35℃,CO2流量10L/h。在最佳萃取条件下,籽粒苋油萃取率达5.96%。利用气相色谱仪分析了籽粒苋油的脂肪酸组成,结果表明籽粒苋油总不饱和脂肪酸含量高达70%;还含有7.14%的角鲨烯,是一种理想的营养保健食用油。 Supercritical CO_2 fluid extraction was applied to Grain Amaranth seed oil processing. The influence of extraction pressure, temperature, time and SC-CO_2 flow on the extraction rate were investigated by orthogonal design,and the fatty acid composition of Grain Amaranth seed oil was determined by GC.The results indicated that the optimum extraction pressure, temperature and SC-CO_2 flow for the maximum extraction rate (5.96%)was 35 MPa,35℃ and 10 L/h respectively.The contentof unsaturate fatty acid in Grain Amaranth seed oil was 70%,and the content of squalene was 7.14%?
