摘 要: 针对发电厂换热器的特点及无铜化运行需求,开发出一种新型钢质双面强化传热管———内螺旋外棘齿管,对5根不同结构参数的内螺旋外棘齿管对流换热特性和流阻性能进行了实验研究。根据大量实验数据,采用多元线性回归法得到了具有较高精度的管内换热努塞尔数Nu及阻力系数 f计算关联式,并对结构参数对管内换热与流阻特性的影响进行了分析,研究结果为冷凝式换热器的设计及改造提供了理论依据。 An external ratched tube of inside spin, a newly steel reinforced heat transfer tube of double sides has been developed in view of the features of heat exchanger and the requirement of copper-free operation. Experiments upon the properties of convective heat exchange and flow resistance with in external ratched tubes of inside spin have been made against 5 kinds of different structural parameters. A relevant formula of heat exchange Nusselt number (Nu) with high accuracy and resistance coefficient has been obtained adopting the multivariant linear regression method based on large quantity of experimental data. The effect of the structural parameters against the properties of heat exchange and flow resistance within tubes has also been anylized, the result of which has provided a theoretical basis for the design and modification of condensing heat exchanger.
