摘　　要： 水库信息化建设是水利信息化建设的重要内容,它在防洪减灾、水资源优化配置和水环境保护中起着重要作用。通过对国内外水库信息化建设的历史、现状和存在的问题以及水库信息化建设面临的机遇和挑战的分析,在对水库信息化的内涵及其建设原则进行论述的基础上,提出了水库信息化建设对策,研究了水库信息化工程的内容、结构、功能和关键技术。 The reservoir informanization plays a very important role in the construction of hydrological IT. It can be applied to prevent or control flood and minimize disaster, optimize water resources allocation and protect water environment. This paper states the history and situation and some problems about reservoir informanization construction at home and abroad, analyzes the chance and challenge during its development period. On the basis of the meaning and principle, the author points out some measures about reservoir informanization construction, and also dose some research on the content and configuration and function of the reservoir informanization engineering, and some key technologies of reservoir informanization construction.
