摘　　要： 本实验由菌种采集开始,经过富集培养、平板分离、选样、摇瓶培养等步骤,筛选出了具有较好脱硫能力的菌株,并通过紫外分光光度计和气相色谱仪初步检测了它们的脱硫能力。 In this paper, 8 desulfurizating strains were obtained by the means of collecting samples, enriching culture, selecting samples and culturing in a liquid medium. The methods of ultraviolet spectrophotometer and gas chromato-graph (GC) were used to determine the desulfurization ability of strains.
