摘 要: 油管(钻杆)输送射孔与地层测试器联合作业称之为射孔测试联作。高温高压超深井射孔测试联作难度人、成功率不高,配套器材不能满足施工要求。通过改进和优化减震器、旁通接头、射孔器材、起爆装置以及密封件等器材,满足了高温高压超深井射孔测试联作的要求。用改进后的射孔枪和工艺在2口井射孔作业,成功率均为100%。 A combination of integrating TCP(Tubing Conveyed Perforating) with formation testing is called the perforating & testing technology that is an advanced well completion method. Because some necessary accessories in the perforators can't satisfy the perforating operation needs, it's hard to accomplish the completion method in deep wells with high temperature and pressure. Now the improved and optimized proper accessories such as shock absorber, pass-by sub, perforating materials, detonating device and packings ,etc. ,meet the above needs in this kind of wells. The successful rate of perforating & testing technology is 100%.
