摘　　要： 通过对鼓形齿加工原理的分析,在ANSYS中对某型鼓形齿联轴器轮齿建立计算模型,采用ANSYS面—面接触单元对联轴器内外齿啮合情况进行了接触分析,得出了鼓形齿接触应力分布特性,校核了其接触强度。并与传统的计算公式结果作出对比,修正了传统的计算公式,使之能满足工程计算的要求。 By analysis the machining process of crown gear, establish exact modle of crown gear coupling in ANSYS. Make some contact analysis of coupling’s gear mech complexion by surface— surface contact element and got the distribution property of contact stress on crown gear,checked its contact intensity is enough. And make the contrast with the traditional calculation formula result , revise the traditional calculation formula, enable it full foot request of engineering calculation.
