摘　　要： 我国高等教育的改革和发展应吸收和借鉴当代世界高等教育强国的经验。本文在对来自美国的24名在华留学生进行深度访谈调查的基础上,对美国大学教育实况进行了描述和分析,从中得出了对我国高等教育改革的启示和建议:即我国大学应尝试对大学录取标准进行改革;改进教学方法,注重学生创新能力的培养;完善考核方式,提高淘汰率;增强社会实践教学,提高学生适应社会的能力。 It is necessary for us to borrow the experience from the countries which have the high-level higher education to reform the higher education in China. The paper makes some description and analysis about the educational condition in the American universities after the deep interviewing with 24 American students studying in China and achievs some advices. We should reform the standard of the students recruitment and teaching method, pay much attention to improving the creative ability of the students and changing the way of evaluating the students. We should also improve the practical ability and social adaptation of the students.
