摘　　要： 在技术层次上,循环经济的本质是技术范式的革命。通过论述技术范式转换对企业战略的影响,进一步说明企业作为社会技术创新的主体,在新的技术范式下,企业的持续技术创新必须突破技术创新陷阱,实施非常态的技术战略创新,以及在新的技术平台上围绕循环经济的3R原则,实施产品创新和工艺创新。 On the level of technology, the essence of circular economy is the revolution of technology paradigm. According to new technology paradigm, to ensure enterprises′ sustainable development, strategic innovation should be implemented since the conversion of technology paradigm affect enterprises′ strategy. Enterprises as the main body of technovation should break through technovation trap and implement product innovation and technological innovation on a new technologic platform of circular economy.
