摘 要: 介绍了硫酸盐浆中己烯糖醛酸的产生、特性及其对制浆与漂白过程的影响,并讨论了己烯糖醛酸的去除方法。 In this paper, the formation and characteristic of hexenuronic acid (HexA) in kraft pulp and its influence on pulping and bleaching were introduced, and the methods of removing HexA were also discussed. During alkaline pulping, the 4-O-methylglucuronic acid unit of xylan rapidly converts to hexenuronic acid and the content of HexA is different in various conditions. The content of HexA in kraft pulps is higher than that in alkaline pulps, and hardwood pulps contain more hexenuronic acid than softwood pulps, the content in softwood pulps as higher than that in non-wood pulps. The content of HexA increase as the increase of cooking temperature, and the charge of effective alkali and the extending cooking. HexA is detrimental to TCF bleaching process, it contributes to the pulp kappa number, consumption of bleaching chemical, increases brightness reversion, and increases the content of transition metal ions. It was found that acid treatment is an effective method to eliminate HexA, and chlorine dioxide bleaching stage can also decrease the content of HexA.
