摘　　要： 从无锡市淡水渔业研究中心池塘分离到一株编号为I2 的溶藻细菌,对这株细菌的生理生化特性、溶藻效果和溶藻效应进行了研究。结果表明, I2 属于鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonassp.),它对蓝藻门的微囊藻有较好的液体溶藻效果。 I2, a bacteria strain isolated from the ponds of the Freshwater Fishery Research Center in Wuxi, showed algae-lysing effects. Its physiological and biochemical properties were investigated and its algae-lysing effect was studied by the measuring of chlorophyll-α. The result showed that I2 was characterized to be Sphingomonas and its algae-lysing effect on Blue-green Algae (Cyanobacteria) was remarkable when it was in liquid.
