摘 要: 网络化语言教学课程可以采用人人交互或者人机交互的方式解决教学交流问题。作者论述了人人交互的各种缺陷,认为在网络课程中采用人人交互的方式解决教学交流问题是不可取的。好的网络课程应该努力实现高质量的人机交互,包括开放性练习、即时反馈、记录学习活动。为此需要采用复杂技术,乃至人工智能技术。文章以英语语音网络课程为例介绍了高质量人机交互实施的若干案例。 Interpersonal interactiono r Man-Machinei nteraction can be used to implement interaction between the teacher and the learner in thed evelopment of web-basedl anguage learning courseware. This article discussest he weakness of interpersonal interaction,a nd drawst he conclusion that it should not be used in web-based courseware development. It further describes features of high quality Man-Machine interaction, which includes open-ended exercises, instantf eedback, andr ecording learninga ctivities. In order to build suchf eatures,c omplext echnique and/or artificial intelligence should be used as mucha s possible whend eveloping web-based language learning courseware. The article demonstrates how these principles are implemented by a description of the courseware “English Pronun- ciation Online.”
