摘 要: 以滑石粉填充聚丙烯为基体,连续无规玻璃纤维毡为增强材料,通过熔融浸渍工艺制备了滑石粉填充玻璃纤维毡增强聚丙烯(GMT-PP)复合材料。结果表明,滑石粉的加入基本上没有降低基体树脂对纤维毡的渗透率。无马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MPP)的情况下,加入滑石粉可明显提高GMT-PP复合材料的模量和弯曲强度,但拉伸强度和冲击强度下降。MPP的加入使滑石粉填充GMT-PP复合材料的强度和模量大幅度提高,冲击强度明显改善,得到了高性能、低成本的GMT-PP复合材料。借助SEM手段对滑石粉增强、增韧GMT-PP复合材料的机理进行了探讨。 Glass fiber mat reinforced thermoplastic polypropylene (GMT-PP) composite was prepared and effect of adding talc to composite on its mechanical properties was investigated. The addition of talc affected its permeability lightly. Without maleic anhydride-grafted PP(MPP), the addition of talc would increase modulus and flexural strength of GMT-PP, but brought down tensile strength and impact strength. Interfacial adhesions between fiber-matrix and talc-matrix were effectively improved by using MPP, which resulted remarkable increment of mechanical properties of filled GMT-PP. Addition of talc not only reduced cost, but also enhanced mechanical properties of filled GMT when matrix was blended with MPP. The mechanism that GMT-PP was toughened and strengthened by talc was analyzed by means of SEM.
