摘　　要： 国家或政府掌握金融资源,商业性金融机构没有完全按商业化运作;保持国有经济的制度不改变,国家掌握金融资源的局面难以改变,国有银行的不良资产状况不容乐观;我国现阶段金融资源的配置基本上不受市场供求关系的影响,并且可以不讲效益;m2/GDP的比值持续上升表明金融资源配置不节约,存在浪费。 Currently in China, the state or the government controls financial resources and therefore financial institutions can't operate commercially. The author points out that by mow it is difficult to change the current situation if state-owned economic system remained unchanged. In the current stage, financial resources allocation can't follow market rule in China. The constant increase of M2/GDP index shows that financial resources allocation is not in an economic way.
