摘 要: The polargraographic and voltammetric behavior of aristolochia A were investigated by voltammetry,normal pulse polargraphy,osillopolarograph.In the basic solution of B-R buffer solution(pH=4.1)and 1mL 1.5 mol/L KCl,awell-defined reduction peak of aristolochia A was obtained.And the peak potential is -042V(vs Ag/AgCl).The peak current was directly proportional to the concentration of aristolochia A over the range of 2.5×10-7mol/L~15.0×10-7mol/L,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9947.
