摘　　要： The polargraographic and voltammetric behavior of aristolochia A were investigated by voltammetry,normal pulse polargraphy,osillopolarograph.In the basic solution of B-R buffer solution（pH=4.1）and 1mL 1.5 mol/L KCl,awell-defined reduction peak of aristolochia A was obtained.And the peak potential is -042V（vs Ag/AgCl）.The peak current was directly proportional to the concentration of aristolochia A over the range of 2.5×10-7mol/L～15.0×10-7mol/L,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9947.
