摘 要: 从旋扭山绿豆根瘤中分离得到快生型根瘤菌。该菌株的时/代为3.85h,高度抗碱,略耐盐;能利用供试的所有双糖和单糖,在BTB反应中培养基由乳黄色变黄色;不产生3-酮基乳糖,表明并非根癌农杆菌。快生型菌株抗原性比慢生型菌株强,共生效应的固氮酶活性比慢生型菌株差。 The fast-growing strains of rhizobia have been isolated from the nodules of Desmodium intortum. The hour/generation of the strains is 3.85; high antialkaline and little bit tolerat to salt; utilize sugars both monosaccharides and disaccharides on test; color from milky yellow to yellow in BTB reaction; without 3-ketolactose production indicating not Agrobacterium. The antigen activity is stronger of the fast-growing strains that of the slow-growing strains, and the nitrogenase activity of symbotic nitrogen fixation is weaker than that of slow-growing strains.
