摘 要: 不同规模与行业的经营者之间报酬水平差距较大,经营者年薪与资产规模有显著性弱相关关系,资产规模影响经营者年薪、持股比例与经营绩效的相关性。同时,行业特性显著影响经营者年薪、持股比例与经营绩效的相关性。 The compensation level among managers from enterprises of various scales and various trades are significantly different. The managers' annual pay of Chinese public companies is slightly relative to the scale of capital. The capital scales and trade specialties simultaneously influence the relativity of managers' annual pay, stock-keeping ratio and management performance.
