摘 要: 设计了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的混合集成电路的性能参数自动测试系统。简要介绍了测控系统的总体设计方案和基本的硬件配置结构,详细介绍了此系统在LabWindows/CVI开发环境下的软件设计方法和功能实现。本系统充分利用GPIB总线技术和RS232总线技术,具有很好的可控性和通用性。 A kind of test system for multi-ICs based on VI technology was developed. The design scheme and the hardware configration of the testing system and the software design method in LabWindows/CVI were introduced in deteail. The adoption of GPIB and RS232 has greatly developed the control and universality of the test system.
