摘　　要： 我国软件市场很少建筑业信息一体化管理工具,因为软件设计难度与其行业特点有很大的关系。本文通过分析广东捷荣建筑安装工程有限公司管理信息系统的实施过程,提出建筑业ERP的开发特点和解决办法,强调流程优化与ERP实施相结合。开发组就信息系统出现的二次开发情况,提出建立工作流ERP模型的思想,该模型通过封装和分离应用的数据服务器,有望提高通用性,彻底解决由于流程不完善带来的二次开发问题。 There are seldom ERP software for Architecture on sale in our market, because of its nature and design difficulty. This article deals with the ERP for construction industry actualization process. We put forward several techniques which surround the core of construction project management to help building the software system and emphasis BPR. Different from the one used in most ERP products now, Layered Workflow Model makes our system easy for Second - Development in ERP for process errors. With OOM and flexible software technology, the model can be generic to make the products easily and solve Second - Development which lies in process in grain.
