斯氏线虫感染双钩异翅长蠹的致死中量与致死中时间
The Median Lethal Dose and Lethal Time of Heterobostrychus aequalis Infected by Steinernema feltiae

摘  要: 在室内测定了斯氏线虫对进境原木上的检疫性害虫———双钩异翅长蠹的致死中量和致死中时间,旨在为大规模应用斯氏线虫检疫处理双钩异翅长蠹提供理论依据。将TDM模型引入试验结果的分析中,得出了双钩异翅长蠹幼虫和蛹的TDM模型以及LD50与LT50。72h后双钩异翅长蠹老幼虫的TDM模型为:Pij=1-exp[ -3. 051 4+2. 027 2lg(di)],LD50为1. 324 4(条线虫/头),LT50为1. 238 5d。试验结果表明:随着时间的延长,LD50都逐渐减少,这是因为随着时间的延长,增加了斯氏线虫与双钩异翅长蠹接触的机会;随着线虫剂量的增加,LT50逐渐减少,即线虫剂量增加,幼虫死亡50%所需的时间就少。 Heterobostrychus aequalis is a kind of quarantine pest in the entry log. In order to provide the evidence for the wide usage of Steinernema feltiae in controlling Heterobostrychus aequalisfor quarantine (purpose), experiments were done indoor to measure the median lethal dose and lethal time of Heterobostrychus aequalis infected by Steinernema feltiae.The TDM(Time-dose-mortality model),LD_(50)and LT_(50)of (Heterobostrychus) aequalis in eld larva and pupa stadium were figured out by using the TDM model to analyze the experiment results. TDM of eld larva was P_(ij)=1-exp[-3.0514+2.0272lg(d_i)],LD_(50) was 1.3244 nematodes per Heterobostrychus aequalis, LT_(50) was 1.2385 days. The result showed that:with the experiment going on the LD_(50) decreased, that's because when the experiment time was longer, the tangent opportunity (between) the Heterobostrychus aequalis and the Steinernema feltiae was bigger in the same container. LT_(50) (decreased) with the increase of the dose of Steinernema feltiae , and the time for half of the eld larva and pupa to die was shorter.
