摘　　要： 随着全球经济一体化的发展和电子商务的日益完善,现代化的物流产业正在逐步形成,但我国的物流产业还相当落后。如何解决物流在电子商务发展中的瓶颈问题,加速物流的现代化建设已经迫在眉睫。 As the development of the incorporate economy in the world, the modern logistics industry is come into being; However, it has a long distance with the modern logistics industry in our country. So it is important to accelerate the development of E-commerce in logistics and the building of the modern logistics.
