摘　　要： 近几年来,欧洲银行大举进军美国金融市场,通过收购兼并,欧洲银行在美国获得了一定的市场份额。本文运用聚类分析方法通过较为详实的资料研究欧洲银行购并美国银行的原因,与大多数美国银行界人士及分析家的观点相反,本文对欧洲银行在美国市场的未来作出了正面预期。 In last 10 years,Euroupean banks carry out on a large scale acquisition to US bank,and have got some share of American financial market.This article fully and accurately analyse the reasons of Euroupean banks purchase US banks It is.differ from those suspicious views which west banker give to these acquisitions,this article takes a positive expectation.
