摘　　要： 现代企业所有权和经营权的分离带来了代理关系,而代理关系的存在又必然产生代理成本。本文运用模型对代理成本发生的可能性及其影响因素进行分析,并结合我国实际提出降低代理成本的思路。 In modern company agency relationships exist because of the separation of the ownership and the management, and that agency relationships must bring agency cost.In this Article,authors analyzed the possibility of agency cost and the factors affecting it with mathematical model,then authors provided some ideas to control agency cost.
