摘 要: 进行热风干燥香菇时温度失水特性试验,得到香菇升温与干燥速度、菇温与含水率的相关性。对升温与干燥速度关系作了理论分析;在试验基础上,经回归分析得到干燥后期菇温与菇内含水率相关性的数学模型,可作为干燥作业中实现温度反馈控制的依据。 In this paper,dehydrating and temperature charateristic tests in the process of drying Lentinus edodes by hot airflow was reporte.The correlations between temperature rising and dry- ing speed as well as between temperature of mushroom and its moisture content were found.The correlation between temperature and dehydrating velocity was theoretically analyzed.On the basis of the tests and by means of regression,a mathematical model of the correlation between tempera- ture and moisture content was established。
