摘　　要： 介绍了以沃尔玛为代表的中央集权配送模式和以家乐福为代表的充分授权配送模式,并从基本流程、选址要求、固定成本、经营灵活性、反应速度、送货方式、采购要求、商品结构等方面对两种模式进行了详细的比较分析,依此对我国还处在发展阶段的零售企业提出了可借鉴的经验。 The authors introduced the centralized distribution model represented by Wai-mart and the fully decentralized and authorized distribution model represented by Carrefour. These two models were compared and analyzed in detail from the aspects of basic flow, locality requirements, fixed cost, operation flexibility, reaction speed, delivery model, purchasing requirements, merchandise structure, etc. Based on the comparison and analysis, some experiences were summarized and given to the retail enterprises for reference that are still in the developing period in China.
