摘 要: 根据图书馆读者服务工作的新变化,结合本馆实际,论述了如何加强读者服务工作,具体包括制度保证、服务理念的更新、搞好图书馆相关资源的建设与开发和建立以读者评价为主导的服务质量评估体系等方面。 Based on the new changes of reader service in library and the actual situation of their own library, the paper discusses how to improve reader service, including system guarantee, innovation of service idea, improving the construction and development of relevant resources of library, and establishing a system service quality evaluation lead by the evaluation of readers.
